How tenant T&C works

  • One default T&C for the entire platform (this page). Applies to every tenant who hasn't overridden it.
  • Per-tenant custom T&C — Business+ and Pro tenants can edit their own T&C from their owner-dashboard profile. No more industry-specific defaults.
  • Saving here only affects tenants on default. Custom-T&C tenants stay untouched (unless you click "Apply to ALL tenants" below — that overrides custom).
  • {{state}} placeholder is the only template variable supported. It gets replaced with the tenant's GSTIN state at PDF render.
